What moves it is three things: the size of the system (guest count and room), the crew hours, and the logistics. A small portable PA for a meeting room sits at the bottom of the range; a full ballroom system with a digital console, wireless microphones and a technician for the whole day sits considerably higher. We quote every job itemised — equipment, crew and setup/teardown as separate lines — so you can see what each part costs and trim what you do not need. Send us the venue, the guest count and whether you have live entertainment or just speeches and background music. Those three answers change the system size more than anything else. A speeches-and-playback setup is a fraction of the cost of a rig that has to carry a live band. Every quotation includes labour, delivery, setup, sound check, the technician on site and dismantle — there are no separate charges added afterwards.

Projector rental is priced by the brightness the room needs and by what comes with it. A small breakout room is the entry point; a hotel ballroom with ambient light needs a brighter unit and costs more. The price normally includes the screen, dress kit, cabling, a technician and delivery within the Klang Valley. Tell us the room and the throw distance and we will quote the right projector rather than the cheapest one.

LED screen rental is normally quoted by the finished screen size and the pixel pitch, plus the support structure, the processor and the technician. A modest ballroom backdrop costs a fraction of a large outdoor wall on ground-support truss. Send us the backdrop dimensions you want and whether it is indoor or outdoor and we will price the exact configuration, with spare modules and cabling included.

A PA — public address — system is the speakers, mixer and microphones that make speech and music audible to a room. For events it usually means speakers on stands or flown, a mixing console, wireless microphones for the emcee and VIPs, and stage monitors so performers can hear themselves. For anything above a small meeting room it also needs someone operating it, which is why our packages include a technician.

Yes. Every package we quote includes our own crew. A sound, lighting or AV technician sets the system up, tunes it in the room and stays on site for the whole event, not just the setup. We do not do drop-off-only rentals.

Yes — all three. Labour cost covers our crew for setup, operation and dismantle and sits inside the package price, so there is no separate labour charge and no overtime billing if the programme overruns. Delivery to your venue and collection afterwards are included for the Klang Valley. Dismantle means we strike the rig and pack out after your last guest leaves, with nothing left for your team to clear. Outstation jobs are quoted with transport and crew travel shown as their own line items so nothing is hidden.

For a 300-pax ballroom we would typically run a point-source or column array system with subwoofers, a digital console and wireless microphones. The right answer depends on the room shape, ceiling height and whether you have live entertainment — which is why we offer a free site visit for Klang Valley venues before quoting.

It comes down to how close your guests will be and whether the screen will be filmed. A standard indoor pitch is more than sharp enough for a stage backdrop viewed from a few metres away; a finer pitch is worth it when guests stand close to the wall or a camera will shoot it in close-up. Outdoor screens use a weather-rated panel. Tell us the setting and we will specify it — you do not need to know the pitch.

Three to four weeks is comfortable, and longer during peak season — November to January annual dinners, the Raya period and year-end launches. We do hold standby stock, so message us even for short-notice events and we will tell you honestly what is available for your date.

We carry backup on site as standard — a spare console, spare wireless channels, standby speakers, spare LED modules and spare cabling — and our technician is at the position throughout the show to swap over. This is included, not an add-on.

Yes. We work nationwide, including Penang, Johor, Melaka, Ipoh, Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. Outstation jobs are quoted with transport, crew travel and accommodation shown as separate line items so nothing is hidden.
