Ask four questions. Is the portfolio work actually theirs — get the client name and the year. Is production in house or subcontracted, because subcontracting is where budgets inflate and accountability disappears. Is the quotation itemised, so you can see equipment, crew and logistics separately. And who is physically on site on event day if a supplier fails. Corporate event budgets in Kuala Lumpur are driven by guest count, venue, production scale and duration — not by a flat agency fee. A seminar or press briefing sits at the low end; a ballroom annual dinner or product launch with LED, staging, entertainment and full AV sits considerably higher. We quote every job itemised — equipment, crew, and setup, teardown and logistics as separate lines — so you can trim scope rather than quality. We are based in Kuala Lumpur and work across KL city centre, Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and the wider Klang Valley. We also travel nationwide — Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh, Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching — with transport, crew travel and accommodation shown as separate line items.

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a standard corporate event. For a large annual dinner, award night or product launch — especially in the November to January peak — three to four months is safer, because KL ballrooms and LED inventory book out early. We do take shorter-notice jobs; tell us the date and we will say honestly whether it is deliverable.

In house. Our own crew handles AV, sound, lighting, LED, stage, photography, videography and live streaming. That is why the quotation is itemised and why there is no vendor finger-pointing on show day — the people who quoted the job are the people standing in the room.

50% deposit on confirmation and 50% balance one to three days before the event. Government and large-corporate procurement schedules are accommodated where they mandate their own terms.
