Yes. Plenty of clients already have a venue or an in-house team and only need part of the job - AV and staging, for example, or photography and live streaming, or equipment rental with crew. We quote each element separately so you can take only what you need.
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons our quotations hold. Sound, lighting, LED screens, projection, staging and truss are ours, operated by our own technicians. We also rent equipment on its own through our equipment rental service if you are running the event yourself.
It depends entirely on guest count, venue, production scale and how much of the job you hand over. Across our work, total event budgets run from around RM 10,000 for a small corporate function to RM 500,000 and above for large product launches and gala dinners. Every quotation is itemised so you can see what each element costs and adjust the scope.
No. Delivery, load-in, setup, tuning, rehearsal, operation, teardown and collection are inside the quoted price. We do not add overtime charges if the programme runs long. The number you approve is the number you pay.
Yes. The Klang Valley is standard coverage with free site visits, and we run events nationwide including Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh, Seremban, Kuantan, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching. Outstation events include crew travel and accommodation as visible line items in the quotation.
Yes. We handle the documentation, compliance and protocol requirements that government and GLC events involve, including procurement paperwork and the payment schedules those bodies typically mandate.
Usually within one working day of receiving a clear brief. For events needing a site visit before we can price accurately, we arrange the visit first - normally within a few days for Klang Valley venues.
